Janice & Mark’s Wedding at Sheraton Park Lane

Categories: Asian Wedding Videographers, Asian Wedding Videography, Asian Wedding Videos, London Videographers, London Wedding Videographers, London Wedding Videos, Wedding Videographers, Wedding Videos

Janice and Mark’s lovely church wedding took place at Farm Street Church in Central London. Earlier that day, in North London, Janice had an early start in her wedding preparations. Experienced make-up and hair assistants were there in the home to help her look her best to walk up the aisle. The service was lovely and with a large church our videographers are always able to move about and create some really beautiful shots – which is helped by the terrific lighting through the stained glass. After the ceremony, as everyone gathered outside, we managed to find a bit of a patch of lawn to do some photos/videoing of the wedding party. They were a really playful lot, which leant a nice easiness to the shooting.

Soon the party shifted to the Sheraton Park Lane Hotel where a glass of chilled champagne was awaiting each guest. As the guests paired off into small groupings in order to chat and get to know each other better, we had the opportunity to make our way around with the camera to get lots of footage of all the guests – that way we know we’ve got everyone on Janice and Mark’s wedding video. We hope that they love the end result and will have memories to treasure for years.

Jennifer & Stephen’s Wedding at Ramster House

Categories: Surrey Wedding Videos, Wedding Videographers, Wedding Videos, West Sussex Wedding Videos

Jennifer & Stephen’s church wedding at Sacred Heart Church in West Sussex was one of those perfect late summer weddings where the sun was bright and the church gleamed in the light. All the guests took their time lingering outside on the steps before taking their seats inside the lovely stone church. Jennifer arrived at the church with a beautiful smile on her face which only got stronger as she walked up the aisle. We had one camera trained on her the whole time as she entered the church in order to capture the whole moment of her walking up the aisle to meet Stephen. After the ceremony they walked out of the church hand in hand to be showered with confetti. They climbed into the classic automobile and took off for their reception at Ramster House.

This wonderful reception venue in Surrey, was set up to take advantage of the late summer sun, so guests were able to enjoy a drink in the garden while they wedding party had photographs taken. When it came time to head inside for the wedding banquet the room was set up beautifully. A lot of care had gone into setting up all the place settings and decorations (and we were able to get some footage of it all before the guests arrived!). After dining, Jennifer and Stephen took to the floor for their first dance together – it was a beautiful moment and we are sure it won’t be their last. Congratulations guys!

Alex & Rachel’s Wedding at Four Seasons Hampshire

Categories: Hampshire Wedding Videos, Wedding Videographers, Wedding Videos

The Four Seasons Hampshire had something for both Alex and Rachel to help them get ready for their big wedding day. While Rachel and her bridesmaids were pampered with champagne while doing their hair and make-up, Alex and his grooms men took advantage of the Hampshire countryside to do some shooting. When both bride and groom were ready, they headed to the pretty little country church where they were having their church wedding. As the guests arrived they paused in front of the church to exchange greetings and admire its attractive stone structure. Rachel made a stunning entrance and soon her and Alex were standing at the altar saying ‘I do.’ They walked out of the church hand-in-hand where they were showered with confetti.

Back at the Four Seasons in beautiful rural Hampshire, the wedding guests enjoyed the landscaped hotel gardens while sipping on a glass of champagne. The string quartet was a nice choice, but the sketch artist who mingled about making caricatures of guests was a really inspired idea and he was a hit with the guests. The guests filed inside to take their places for the wedding breakfast. Post-dinner cocktails were served outside on the lawn; however the evening’s surprise had to be when the groomsmen took to the floor to show off their dance moves in a hilarious display! Well done guys. Thank you to Alex and Rachel for allowing us to be part of such a fun day.

Wedding at St Paul’s Cathedral

What’s not to love about St Paul’s Cathedral – Sir Christopher Wren’s masterpiece cathedral in the heart of the City of London? It’s become even more spectacular since they cleaned all the stone work and now the white stone glows like how it must have done when it was brand new. We always enjoy filming here and love to capture lots of glorious shots of the architecture. It was for these reasons that we leapt when David and Jane asked us to film their church wedding. And it was even better that they turned out to be such a lovely couple. We were there to film all their guests arriving on their double decker bus all wearing their finest and filled with anticipation. Jane looked like Grace Kelly as she arrived in her white Rolls Royce and a beaming smile on her face. After the ceremony (beautifully officiated) it was natural to linger to take photographs and film the wedding party in and around the church.

It was time to move on to the reception at the Honourable Artillery Company (HAC) where the champagne was poured and the string quartet were already making their beautiful music. Soon the guests arrived and the party was in full swing. Our couple stole the show and hit all the major pinnacles including cutting the cake and dancing their first dance with aplomb. We wish them much joy and happiness.

Wedding at St Benedicts Ealing & The Grove

Sometimes even we are surprised by the great footage which our videographers come up with! The opening montage of this video really does show Hertfordshire off to its finest and sets the scene for the video to come. It helps that is was such a lovely Spring day with everything looking its finest, including Ealing Abbey (St Benedicts) where Diane and Terry were being married in a church wedding service. As all the guest filed in we were able to catch a glimpse of Terry, dare we say looking a bit nervous? But it all melted away when Diane made a great entrance looking every inch the beautiful bride and supported by her lovely bridesmaids. The service was soon over and after a few photographs around the register our newlyweds processed back down the aisle while their guests clapped and snapped photographs.

Diane & Terry’s wedding reception was at The Grove, Watford, where the staff had been buzzing to make sure that everything was ready for their reception. The newlyweds weren’t let down and The Grove staff had done a wonderful job and were waiting with trays full of champagne ready to greet everyone. The weather was so spectacular that everyone wanted to stay outside as long as possible. However they were enticed inside by a lovely dinner followed by dancing till the wee hours. We wish them much joy and happiness!

Nigerian Wedding Surrey

Oyin and Kunle enjoyed a lovely early Autumn wedding at All Saints Mitcham Church in Surrey; with the sun shining, the wedding party were able to congregate outside in the forecourt to greet each other warmly before ushering them inside to witness the Nigerian church wedding service for Oyin and Kunle. The bride arrived in a classic car looking like a classic herself in a beautiful white strapless dress. She made her way up the aisle to greet her eager groom. After their vows and the priest’s blessing they made their way back down the aisle holding hands as husband and wife – lit up the entire way by camera flashes. The wedding party posed for photographs in front of the church and our videographers were able to catch all the good bits which happen between the static photos – as people laugh and jostle into place. That’s the beauty of video, it sees everything!

Afterwards, the party made its way to Painshill Park in Surrey for a fabulous reception in a marquee. It was time for everyone to relax and have a visit over a drink. Friendships were renewed and family reacquainted. When everyone gathered outside for one group photograph we were glad for one thing – a wide angle lens in order to fit everyone in! Thank you to Oyin and Kunle for including us in their happy day.

Church Wedding at Four Seasons Hampshire

Four Seasons Hampshire offers all kinds of country hotel pursuits for a wedding party. Recent clients Samantha and James, and their entire group of family & friends, took full advantage of these offerings! James and his mates relaxed before the wedding by doing a little shooting! Meanwhile Samantha and her bridesmaids were having a full-on beauty boutique service in their room getting glammed up for the wedding.

Suited & booted guests enjoyed the sunny June weather as they arrived in eager anticipation for the wedding. All the hours of preparation were soon over and as they walked up the path leading to the charming church. Decorated with flowers and bordered by hurricane lanterns, it was clear that a lot of thought went into their Church Wedding. Samantha & James had considered everything which would make their day special.

The bride was radiant as her proud father escorted her up the aisle. Their traditional ceremony was heartfelt and after their anticipated kiss the couple drove off in a convertible sports car. Arriving back at the Four Seasons, they were greeted with a well-earned glass of champers and a harp to serenade them as they took full advantage of the sunshine to explore the gardens. When the time came to move inside, the banquet room was lit with candles for a romantic dinner. After dark brought the real romance when the lawn was covered in a sea of candles and the guests gathered for a fireworks display. It was enough to bring out the romantic in anyone! Well done Samantha and James!

On a fine day in mid-June we had the pleasure of filming the wedding of a premier league footballer and his lovely partner. It was hosted at Four Seasons Hampshire under the supervision of VIP wedding planner & designer Mark Niemierko.

We received the booking only the day before which meant we were a bit less prepared than usual, however we managed to co-ordinate the filming as we went along. The day started with the groom and his friends clay pigeon shooting whilst the bride and her entourage got ready. The wedding ceremony was held at a nearby church in the village of Dogmersfield. Mark’s team lavishly dressed the church to create a quintessential country feel and it was completely full for the ceremony!

Afterwards a drinks reception was held in the hotel’s fabulous Walled Garden. I’ve always believed that outdoor settings look better on film than indoor ones, and this garden really excels as a backdrop. Later on the wedding banquet was hosted inside the hotel with the cake cutting on the terrace accompanied by fireworks. The evening’s partying got off to a swing with a great band and the guests clearly enjoyed themselves. Below are highlights from the event.

In May we were booked by Helen and James to film their wedding at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire. It was a great location for a wedding reception, although the staff were a little obstructive when it came to filming outside the main house. However the weather held and our wedding videographers Dan and David ensured we got plenty of good material. As you would expect from an Oxfordshire wedding video it was a very elegant affair with beautiful surroundings and lovely details. The couple endeared themselves to their guests with personal touches such rowing oars outside the church and a rehearsed first dance. For their wedding DVD we experimented with the use of black and white for some scenes, which I think looks good for church weddings where the bride is wearing white. You can see a trailer from the Oxfordshire wedding video below:

Westminster Wedding Video

Towards the end of last year we were invited to film Rachel and Alexander’s wedding at the Palace of Westminster. This was a very special opportunity for me being a former arts student with an interest in Gothic Revival architecture since their wedding was conducted in AWN Pugin’s masterpiece St Mary Undercroft. The service was conducted by the Bishop of St. Albans one of nicest members of the clergy I have ever had the cause to work with and the wedding ceremony was very moving. Rachel and Alex’s wedding was attended by a number of dignitaries and familiar faces and their reception was held afterwards in the House of Lords banqueting rooms overlooking the Thames. It was nice to have a really iconic place to film and I enjoyed making this wedding video in Westminster particularly. Photography was done by Matt Link Photography who I enjoyed working with and certainly knew what he was doing. You can see highlights of their wedding video below
