Unposed, unobtrusive, unique. These are the three 'U's that David Jones attributes his photographic style to. Described by some as ‘timeless reportage photography’, David’s highly detailed and beautifully executed images have been popular with brides and grooms throughout his career. He mixes journalistic style with a more traditional wedding portraiture, producing storyboards and coffee-table books. In our work together, David made his adversity to the posed wedding shot very clear. Because of this, the natural, untouched flow of a wedding’s events is apparent in his work - some of which can be seen above.
