Encompassing much of the Peak District within its boundaries, Derbyshire is a picturesque county with a long industrial history. The countryside around Derbyshire is scarred with quarries that give the area a unique quality that is fantastic to capture on film.

Often hailed as the birthplace of the Industrial Revolution, Derby and the surrounding areas have a proud history of engineering and mining, industries that helped shape the landscape of the county. Natural attractions still exist though, with Mam Tor and Kinder Scout providing a beautiful Peak District backdrop to many special events.
